Limericks and haiku I've written thru the years as well as traditional poetry, e.g. a poem titled “Novenas” and an abstract poem titled “TAEKWONDO”.
Now, what year was it that I ran the Mountain Goat Run? Other proud moments include three marathons: The Tri-cities in WA state in Oct.1994, followed in 1997 by the Royal Victoria Marathon in Victoria, BC (42 Kilometers), and my swan's song in Sept. 1999, The Erie-sistible in Erie, PA.
And to think in high school I ran the 440-yard dash. But alas, turning 70 on Jan. 25, “I guess my race is run”
